Penn will bank it's 3 points. Nee, Daban and Holligrove are already about as good as they can get, and some of my other 'possibles' are a little shaky...might wind up being a waste of points.

Related position means a common change, non-related means uncommon--I can give you dozens of old 3B who became 1B, but can't think of an old 1B who became a 3B.
