The Manchester Red Devils today announced that they have come to terms with their new GM. Details are not available at this time concerning the contract. New GM Jeff Hixon said that he is excited for the opportunity to help rebuild this franchise. He met with staff and players today and everyone was upbeat about the change in leadership. Only time will tell if GM Hixon can make the difference.
